The ClassWomb is a six-month, community-centered experience created to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. My work centers on supporting women as they navigate motherhood and the many transitions that come with it. Motherhood often reveals patterns in our lives that we were never taught how to understand or change. I help women recognize those patterns and build the steadiness needed to lead their lives and families with clarity.
Through Spirit Fruit Root, I offer mentorship, holistic education, and herbal product offerings that help women strengthen their foundations, trust their own authority, and create healthier environments for themselves and their children.
